Job Description
L&T Off Campus Drive Freshers Hiring Graduate Engineer Trainee The Graduate Engineer Trainee role involves working closely with experienced engineers and managers on projects across different departments. The primary focus is to learn and develop engineering skills, gain industry knowledge, and contribute to company objectives through practical involvement in engineering tasks. Trainees will be rotated across departments, providing a comprehensive understanding of various engineering functions and business processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Participate in on-the-job training to learn engineering practices and principles.
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions.
- Work on assigned projects in different departments to understand various aspects of engineering and operations.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements.
- Follow standard engineering practices and safety procedures while performing tasks.
- Document progress, prepare reports, and provide feedback on training assignments.
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts and suggest process improvements where applicable.
- Ensure tasks are completed within set deadlines and according to quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in engineering technology.
Requirement and Skills
- Must be an Indian national born between July 1, 2000, and June 30, 2005.
- Currently pursuing or expecting to complete a 4-year B.E. / B.Tech degree by June 30, 2024, in a full-time course after 10+2 or 10+Diploma.
- Minimum aggregate of 60% or 6.75 CGPA in B.E. / B.Tech with no history of backlogs or second attempts.
- Consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% or 6.75 CGPA in 10th and 12th (HSC) / Diploma.
- Should have completed 12th within two years of completing 10th, or a Diploma in any Engineering stream within three years of completing 10th.
- Ability to relocate across various locations in India as per job requirements.
