Baker Hughes Off Campus Drive Early Career Trainee – Software Engineering As an Early Career Trainee in Software Engineering, you will play a key role in developing backend services and collaborating with teams across the business. Your work will involve designing, coding, and implementing scalable software solutions. You will engage in both backend and frontend development using various programming languages and frameworks, depending on project requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

Develop backend services, using appropriate languages and frameworks for assigned projects.
Participate in enterprise-scale projects, aligning business needs with technical solutions.
Learn and apply best practices for writing scalable, maintainable code.
Estimate development task timelines and break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
Understand the overall architecture of the product, including module interactions and interdependencies.
