• Purpose of the Role

  The successful candidate will manage and control model risk, particularly those associated with the next generation of AI and machine learning-based models. This role aims to elevate model excellence, strengthen long-term shareholder value, and adapt to innovations in model development, external changes, and regulatory expectations.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Provide independent oversight of enterprise-wide models focused on AI/ML for marketing, credit, fraud, and other risk areas.
  • Conduct gap assessments and establish a robust framework to enhance model risk controls and meet regulatory standards.
  • Lead AI/ML research initiatives to set guidelines, address regulatory requirements, and drive business impact.
  • Communicate results to stakeholders, senior leadership, and model committees.
