Job Description
Ecolab Off Campus Drive Hiring As Software Engineer As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing APIs on the MuleSoft platform. This includes working with various components like API Manager, CloudHub, AnyPoint Studio, and DataWeave. You will develop reusable and high-performance API solutions, manage data transformations, and integrate different services while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. The role also involves testing APIs and improving their performance to meet business needs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and develop APIs on the MuleSoft platform, creating robust API specifications and utilizing a layered architecture approach. This includes writing RAML files to facilitate REST and SOAP API integration.
- Implement data transformations using various tools like XPATH, XSLT, and DataWeave, and configure flows and processing strategies to ensure efficiency and reusability.
- Leverage MuleSoft components such as API Manager, CloudHub, and AnyPoint Studio for managing and optimizing API performance, including handling message content and flow.
- Test APIs using tools like MUnit, ensuring that they meet performance standards and reliability requirements, and resolve any identified performance issues.
- Collaborate with team members to communicate effectively, resolve technical challenges, and suggest improvements to existing workflows.
- Stay current with the latest developments and best practices in MuleSoft and API management to continuously enhance skills and contribute to the team’s success.
Requirement and Skills
